From bare PCB to fully tested assembly, we manage the complete PCBA process in-house. Our SMT lines handle components down to 0201 and fine-pitch ICs, while our through-hole and box build stations cover the rest. We source components against your BOM or work with customer-supplied parts — whichever suits your supply chain.
Every assembled board goes through automated optical inspection (AOI) as standard. Functional testing, ICT, and X-ray inspection are available on request. We produce test reports for every batch and can provide IPQC data on larger runs.

FAQ
Do I need to supply the components myself?
No — we offer full turnkey service where we source all components against your BOM. You can also supply your own parts (consigned) if preferred.
What if some components in my BOM are out of stock?
We’ll flag any long-lead or out-of-stock items during BOM review and suggest approved alternatives where available. We don’t substitute without your approval.
What testing do you provide?
AOI is standard on every board. Functional testing, ICT, and X-ray are available — let us know your test requirements when enquiring.
Do you provide a test report?
Yes, a batch test report is standard. For larger production runs, IPQC data and first-article inspection reports are available on request.
Can you handle both PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly?
Yes — both are in-house. Ordering together reduces lead time and eliminates the coordination risk of split suppliers.
What is the minimum order for PCBA?
We accept prototype orders from 1 piece. Production orders have no strict minimum.
