We manufacture single to 16-layer PCBs for prototype and production runs, with standard lead times starting at 24 hours for simple builds. Our facility handles FR4, aluminum, and high-frequency Rogers substrates, with surface finishes including HASL, ENIG, OSP, and immersion silver.
Every board goes through automated optical inspection (AOI) and electrical testing before shipment. We accept Gerber RS-274X files directly — no proprietary formats required — and our engineering team reviews every order before production starts to catch issues early.

FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Prototypes start from 5 pieces. Production orders have no strict minimum — contact us for small-batch pricing.
What file format do you accept?
Gerber RS-274X is standard. We also accept ODB++ and native Altium files with prior confirmation.
Can I choose the solder mask color?
Yes — green, black, white, blue, red, and yellow are all available. Green has the shortest lead time.
Do you include electrical testing?
Yes, AOI and electrical test (flying probe or fixture) are standard on all orders.
Can I order the PCB and PCBA assembly together?
Yes. We handle both in-house — just let us know when you enquire and we’ll quote the full package.
